Ang aming kwento

It started with
Lola Remedios.

In 1998, Remedios Santos opened her ancestral home's kitchen to neighbours who missed real slow-cooked food. She refused to write her recipes down — you learned them by standing beside her.

Today her granddaughter runs the same kitchen, with the same palayok pots, in the same 200-year-old house on Calle Real. Some recipes still are not written down.
