Terms of Service

By accessing our website or purchasing any service or template from BaryoWeb Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

BaryoWeb Studio provides web design, development, and related digital services including — but not limited to — pre-made website templates, custom builds, and add-on features described on our website.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Payments are processed securely via PayMongo and may be made by GCash, Maya, or credit/debit card. - Template orders require full payment upfront before work begins. - Custom project payments are discussed and agreed upon before the project starts. - All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of any agreed scope.

Template purchases include the number of revisions stated at the time of sale. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately at our current hourly rate.

Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial delivery. Requests submitted after this window may be treated as new work.

Due to the nature of our work, all sales are generally final once work has begun. Refund eligibility is as follows: - Before work begins: Full refund available upon written request. - After work has begun: A partial refund may be issued for work not yet completed, at our discretion. - After final delivery: No refund is available once the final deliverables have been handed over.

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the completed website and its design for your business. This licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

BaryoWeb Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and on social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

You warrant that any text, images, logos, or other content you supply to us does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete project information in a timely manner. - Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines. Delays caused by late feedback may extend the project timeline accordingly. - Ensure you have the legal right to use any content (text, images, logos) you provide to us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaryoWeb Studio's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
